Job summary

Chapman Tate Associates is seeking an experienced Epicor ERP Consultant to join their team in the UK. The role focuses on delivering Epicor across manufacturing, distribution and supply chain projects in a hands-on, client-facing capacity.

You will gather requirements, map processes, configure Epicor functionality, and support implementations, upgrades and go-live activities while working with senior stakeholders to maximise ERP value.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Epicor ERP experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution or supply chain environments.
• Experience with Epicor implementations, configuration or optimisation.
• Strong understanding of operational business processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work confidently with both operational teams and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Gathering requirements and translating business needs into Epicor solutions.
• Mapping and improving manufacturing, distribution and supply chain processes.
• Configuring and supporting Epicor ERP functionality.
• Supporting implementations, upgrades, testing and go-live activities.
• Troubleshooting complex functional issues.
• Working with technical teams on integrations and system enhancements.
• Providing user training and knowledge transfer.
• Building strong relationships with business stakeholders and senior management.
