Job summary

Chapman Tate Associates is seeking an experienced Epicor ERP Consultant to join a growing manufacturing and distribution business in the UK. You will work hands-on with ERP projects, collaborating with stakeholder teams to optimise processes and maximise ERP value.

The role is hybrid, client-facing, and involves requirements gathering, configuration, testing, go-live support, and knowledge transfer across manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain functions.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Epicor ERP experience and knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Experience with Epicor implementations, configuration or optimisation.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Gathering requirements and translating business needs into Epicor solutions.
• Mapping and improving manufacturing, distribution and supply chain processes.
• Configuring and supporting Epicor ERP functionality.
• Supporting implementations, upgrades, testing and go-live activities.
• Troubleshooting complex functional issues.
• Working with technical teams on integrations and system enhancements.
• Providing user training and knowledge transfer.
• Building strong relationships with business stakeholders and senior management.
