Job summary

Chapman Tate Associates is seeking an experienced Epicor ERP Consultant to support manufacturing, distribution and supply chain teams across implementations, upgrades and optimisation projects. You will define requirements, map processes and configure Epicor ERP to maximise value for clients.

The role is client-facing and hands-on, involving delivery across projects, go-live activities and knowledge transfer, with strong stakeholder engagement and leadership collaboration.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on Epicor ERP experience.
Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work confidently with both operational teams and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Gathering requirements and translating business needs into Epicor solutions.
Mapping and improving manufacturing, distribution and supply chain processes.
Configuring and supporting Epicor ERP functionality.
Supporting implementations, upgrades, testing and go-live activities.
Troubleshooting complex functional issues.
Working with technical teams on integrations and system enhancements.
Providing user training and knowledge transfer.
Building strong relationships with business stakeholders and senior management.
