Job summary

Chapman Tate Associates is seeking an experienced Epicor ERP Consultant to work with manufacturing, distribution and supply chain teams. You will lead functional delivery across implementations, upgrades and optimisation projects, translating business needs into Epicor configurations and enhancements.

The role is hands-on and client-facing, with opportunities to influence processes, maximise ERP value and collaborate with senior leadership. Hybrid/flexible UK working arrangements are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Epicor ERP experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution or supply chain environments.
• Experience with Epicor implementations, configuration or optimisation.
• Strong understanding of operational business processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work confidently with operational teams and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Gathering requirements and translating business needs into Epicor solutions.
• Mapping and improving manufacturing, distribution and supply chain processes.
• Configuring and supporting Epicor ERP functionality.
• Supporting implementations, upgrades, testing and go-live activities.
• Troubleshooting complex functional issues.
• Working with technical teams on integrations and system enhancements.
• Providing user training and knowledge transfer.
• Building strong relationships with business stakeholders and senior management.
