Job summary

Chapman Tate Associates are seeking an experienced Epicor ERP Consultant to join a growing organisation. You will work across manufacturing, distribution and supply chain to deliver ERP solutions and maximise Epicor value.

In a hands-on, client-facing role, you’ll lead the functional delivery across implementations, upgrades and optimisation projects, translating business needs into Epicor configurations while collaborating with technical teams and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Epicor ERP experience across implementations, upgrades and optimisations.
• Experience designing and configuring Epicor for manufacturing and distribution processes.
• Ability to translate business needs into Epicor solutions and manage stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and translate business needs into Epicor solutions.
• Map and improve manufacturing, distribution and supply chain processes.
• Configure and support Epicor ERP functionality.
• Support implementations, upgrades, testing and go-live activities.
• Troubleshoot complex functional issues and coordinate with technical teams on integrations.
• Provide user training and knowledge transfer to end users.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and senior management.
