Job summary

Chapman Tate Associates in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Epicor ERP Consultant to join a growing team. You will work hands-on with manufacturing, distribution and supply chain groups to improve processes, deliver ERP solutions and maximise the value of Epicor.

This role is client-facing, delivering functional Epicor delivery across implementations, upgrades and optimisation with strong stakeholder engagement and training responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience using Epicor ERP across implementations, upgrades and optimisation.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, distribution or supply chain processes.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into Epicor solutions for end users and management.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gathering requirements and translating business needs into Epicor solutions.
• Mapping and improving manufacturing, distribution and supply chain processes.
• Configuring and supporting Epicor ERP functionality.
• Supporting implementations, upgrades, testing and go-live activities.
• Troubleshooting complex functional issues.
• Collaborating with technical teams on integrations and enhancements.
• Providing user training and knowledge transfer.
• Building strong relationships with business stakeholders and senior management.
