Job summary
Chapman Tate Associates is seeking an experienced Epicor ERP Consultant to join a growing team in the UK. You will lead the functional delivery across implementations, upgrades and optimisation for manufacturing and distribution clients.
You will gather requirements, map processes, configure Epicor and support integrations, working with both operational teams and senior leadership to maximise ERP value.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on Epicor ERP experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution or supply chain environments.
- Experience with Epicor implementations, configuration or optimisation.
- Strong understanding of operational business processes.
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work confidently with both operational teams and senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into Epicor solutions.
- Map and improve manufacturing, distribution and supply chain processes.
- Configure and support Epicor ERP functionality.
- Support implementations, upgrades, testing and go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot complex functional issues.
- Work with technical teams on integrations and system enhancements.
- Provide user training and knowledge transfer.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and senior management.
