RedRock Resourcing seeks an ERP Systems Analyst to support and develop the Epicor ERP environment in Chippenham. You will balance day-to-day BAU support with project delivery within a close-knit systems team.

You will deliver high-quality BAU support, build reports (Power BI), train end users with the Systems Accountant and finance team, and help transition services from project to live support. A proactive, technically capable mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ERP experience with a major system, preferably Epicor.
• Strong SQL skills and finance module knowledge.
• Experience in manufacturing environments and BOMs.
• Proficient Excel/Visio; BI tooling familiarity.
• Automation mindset and change-management capability.
• Clear, professional communication and proactive work style.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality BAU support, keeping to SLAs and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Systems Accountant and finance, including end-user training.
• Build and maintain reports for business and IT/Systems teams.
• Transition new services from project phase into live support.
• Work with Business Analyst on system enhancements.
• Develop and monitor change control processes and streamline support.
