Job summary

RedRock Resourcing seeks an ERP Systems Analyst to support and develop the Epicor ERP environment in Chippenham. You will balance day-to-day BAU support with project delivery within a close-knit systems team.

You will deliver high-quality BAU support, build reports (Power BI), train end users with the Systems Accountant and finance team, and help transition services from project to live support. A proactive, technically capable mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ERP experience with a major system, preferably Epicor.
• Strong SQL skills and finance module knowledge.
• Experience in manufacturing environments and BOMs.
• Proficient Excel/Visio; BI tooling familiarity.
• Automation mindset and change-management capability.
• Clear, professional communication and proactive work style.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality BAU support, keeping to SLAs and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Systems Accountant and finance, including end-user training.
• Build and maintain reports for business and IT/Systems teams.

ERP Systems Analyst

Location: Chippenham

Salary: Up to £55k

We're hiring an ERP Systems Analyst to help manage investments and wider interests for a high-net-worth family. Providing financial and professional support to them, their estates and their business interests.

The role

Reporting to the Systems Manager, you’ll support and develop our Epicor ERP environment so it works better for the people using it. You’ll balance day-to-day support with project and change delivery as part of a close-knit systems team.

What you’ll do

• Deliver high-quality BAU support, keeping to SLAs and KPIs
• Work closely with the Systems Accountant and finance team, including training end users
• Build and maintain reports for the business and the IT & Systems team
• Help transition new services from project phase into live support
• Work with the Business Analyst on enhancements to the systems environment
• Develop and monitor change control processes and streamline support procedures

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years’ experience with a major ERP system (Epicor is a plus)
• Microsoft SQL experience
• Experience with finance applications, systems or modules
• Manufacturing experience (jobs, activities, BOMs)
• Good knowledge of Excel and Visio, and experience with a BI tool such as Power BI
• An automation mindset, with strong change management skills
• Confident communication skills and a professional manner
• A proactive, self-motivated approach, and the discretion this work demands
