Optima is seeking an Epicor Analyst Programmer to support our ERP/Kinetic system across Radstock and remote work. You’ll develop customisations, dashboards, reports, and integrations while collaborating with Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Services.

We’re looking for an experienced Epicor Analyst Programmer to join our IT team and support the ongoing development and improvement of our Epicor ERP/Kinetic system.
This is a varied role where you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering and Customer Services, helping us get the most out of Epicor and our wider business systems.
You’ll be involved in everything from system development and customisation through to integrations, troubleshooting and improvement projects.
You’ll be someone who enjoys getting to the bottom of problems and finding practical ways to improve systems and processes.
You’ll need to be organised, have good attention to detail and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider IT team.
Most importantly, you’ll be able to communicate well with both technical and non-technical colleagues and turn business requirements into solutions that genuinely make a difference.
The role offers a good level of flexibility, with remote working and a requirement to spend one week per month at our Radstock, Bath site
