Job summary

Chapman Tate Associates are partnering with a leading Epicor partner to appoint an Epicor Developer Team Lead. This fully remote role offers up to £90,000 and exposure to high‑impact ERP implementations across diverse clients.

You will lead a small team of developers while remaining hands‑on in design, development and delivery of Epicor ERP solutions, collaborating with functional consultants and stakeholders to ensure robust, scalable outcomes that meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on Epicor ERP development experience (Kinetic/10/11).
• Proficient in C#, SQL, BPMs, BAQs and integrations.
• Experience leading or mentoring a development team.
• Manufacturing or finance domain experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Epicor developers.
• Design, develop, and customize Epicor ERP solutions (BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, integrations).
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure development standards, code quality, and best practices.
• Support full project lifecycle delivery from design through to deployment.

Epicor Developer (Team Lead) | Fully Remote | Up to £90,000 | Chapman Tate Associates

Chapman Tate Associates are working with a leading Epicor Partner who are looking to appoint an experienced Epicor Developer Team Lead to join their growing technical team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior Epicor professional who is ready to take ownership of both hands-on development and team leadership, working on high-impact ERP implementations across a range of clients.

You’ll be responsible for leading a small team of developers while remaining actively involved in the design and delivery of Epicor ERP solutions. You’ll work closely with functional consultants and clients to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned to business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Epicor developers
• Design, develop, and customise Epicor ERP solutions (BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, integrations)
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
• Ensure development standards, code quality, and best practices are maintained
• Support full project lifecycle delivery from design through to deployment
• Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to deliver high-quality ERP solutions

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on Epicor ERP development experience (Kinetic / 10 / 11)
• Excellent skills in C#, SQL, BPMs, BAQs, and integrations
• Previous experience in a lead or senior mentoring role
• Background in Manufacturing or Finance environments (highly desirable)
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes
• Confident communicator with stakeholder engagement experience
