Job summary

Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust is seeking an Epic Credentialed Trainer (Junior IT Trainer) to join the LGT Epic Training Team. You will understand Epic workflows, deliver engaging classroom and virtual sessions, and support staff with training queries.

The role focuses on on-site delivery across Trust sites and partner organisations. The post requires flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays as part of supporting a 24/7 NHS service.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with the ability to engage diverse staff in training sessions.
• Willingness to help colleagues and answer learner questions during and after sessions.
• Interest in developing as part of a digital training team and ongoing credentialing in Epic.

Responsibilities

• Understand Epic workflows and system functionality.
• Learn how to deliver engaging classroom and virtual learning sessions.
• Support staff with training queries and administration activities
• Build confidence in facilitating discussions and answering learner questions.
