Job summary

The Office for Students is seeking experienced apprenticeship assessors to evaluate end-point assessments for integrated higher and degree apprenticeships. The role involves desk-based reviews, possible site visits, and reporting on EPA validity and delivery quality.

You will bring academic expertise and recent experience with EPA, and contribute to tailoring evidence-based judgments for control bodies such as the EPAO and Skills England.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering learning, teaching and assessment in integrated higher and degree apprenticeships.
• Experience evaluating the quality of apprenticeship EPA delivery.
• Ability to co-write structured reports for EPA bodies and provider feedback.
• Excellent written English and strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out desk-based reviews and, where required, site visits to observe EPA processes.
• Provide expert judgement on EPA validity, reliability and delivery quality.
• Co-write reports with OfS assessment team for EPAO and Skills England.
