Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Services seeks a motivated Clinical Lead for the North Region to lead clinical execution of business strategy and drive CARTO 3 adoption across the UK field team. You will oversee training, upskilling, and collaboration with Marketing and Sales to achieve regional objectives.

The role requires strong EP clinical knowledge, leadership, and the ability to present, coach, and influence KOLs and field staff to maintain clinical excellence and competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience leading clinical teams in electrophysiology or related medical technology.
• Ability to translate clinical excellence into field training and adoption strategies.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional clinical activities to maximise CARTO 3 utilisation and product adoption.
• Upskill and support field teams through in-field training and feedback.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Regional Sales to execute regional business plans.
• Represent UK on national/EMEA calls and cascade training materials.
