Cleansing Service Group Limited (CSG) is hiring for a on-site role at a major manufacturing customer in Gloucester. The role focuses on coordinating safe, compliant delivery of environmental and waste services with a small operational team.

The ideal candidate has experience in waste management or environmental services, strong organisation and good IT and communication skills. Salary ranges between £30,000 and £35,000 with a 40-hour week and permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Experience in waste management or environmental services.
• Strong knowledge of compliance and safe working practices.
• High attention to detail with accurate record-keeping.
• Willingness to undertake role-specific training and development.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of environmental and waste services.
• Organise daily priorities for a small operational team.
• Oversee waste storage, movements, and recycling.
• Maintain accurate compliance and tracking records.
• Coordinate approved contractors and service providers.
• Act as day-to-day customer contact and resolve issues.
• Identify improvements in safety, compliance and service delivery.
• Complete hazardous waste classification with training provided.
