Job summary

Amentum is seeking an Environmental & Sustainability (E&S) Manager to lead the site E&S team for Sizewell C. You’ll ensure compliance with permits, licences, and ISO 14001 while coordinating with regulators, contractors, and SZC leaders.

You’ll oversee a multidisciplinary team on a major nuclear construction project and drive KPIs, budgets, and continuous improvement across the site and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading E&S teams on major, highly regulated construction projects.
• Strong understanding of environmental permits, licences, and compliance arrangements.
• Broad construction knowledge across civils, mechanical, electrical and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear leadership to E&S teams and Tier 1 contractors.
• Ensure full compliance with environmental permits, licences, consents and ISO 14001.
• Oversee site inspections, surveillance and performance monitoring.
