Job summary

Palladium is seeking a Senior Manager, Sustainable Infrastructure – Environment based in London to lead multidisciplinary teams and provide technical leadership across environmental risk management, impact strategy, and project delivery for mining, infrastructure, climate, and nature-based solutions.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Natural Resources, Economics, Anthropology, Sociology, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Fluency in English and at least one other language (French, Spanish or Portuguese).
• Strong networks in the mining sector and proven client-facing leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality, client-focused results across mining, infrastructure and climate projects.
• Oversee proposal development, budgeting, planning, and reporting to ensure on-time delivery.
• Engage partners and subcontractors to strengthen technical quality and capacity.
• Direct project execution with oversight of budgets, client relationships and outcomes.
