Palladium isseeking a Senior Manager, Sustainable Infrastructure – Environment tolead team management and provide technical expertise across businessdevelopment and project delivery in environmental risk management, impactstrategy, and implementation, particularly within mining, infrastructure,climate, and nature-based solutions. The role requires strong expertise inenvironmental risks in mining, including experience designing and implementingenvironmental management plans, and overseeing biodiversity, decarbonization,major hazards, tailings, waste, water, air, and rehabilitation initiatives.Candidates should have experience in the closure phase of the asset lifecycle,including Post Mining Land Use planning and program design, and demonstrate atrack record of working with diverse mining clients in North America. Theposition also supports business development efforts such as strategic planning,pipeline forecasting, proposal development, partnerships, networking, andrecruitment.
Fluency in English and one additional language – French,Spanish, or Portuguese is required.
The position can be based out of Palladium’s London office. Applicantsmust have current/future work authorization in the UK as visa sponsorshipcannot be provided.
