Salary: £33,366 - £36,124 per annum (Pay Award Pending)
Hours: 37 hours per week

We are seeking an Environmental Protection Officer to join our Environmental Protection team. The role involves responsibilities such as pollution control, statutory nuisances, public health funerals, air quality, contaminated land, and consultation on planning and licensing applications. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone interested in Environmental Health to gain or develop practical experience in frontline duties.
We support flexible working arrangements, including working from home and flexible hours. The role requires being based in the office at least two days a week, attending meetings, and occasional out-of-hours work (around 10 times a year).
