Are you passionate about making a difference? Join our Environmental Health Team within Regulatory Services. You will deliver high-quality services to residents, addressing complex issues that affect quality of life.
This role focuses on commercial regulation within Environmental Health, including skin piercing and tattoo regulation, health and safety enforcement, commercial nuisance investigations, and environmental crime compliance. Responsibilities include responding to service requests, inspections, enforcement, and providing specialist expertise. You may also deputise and support team management functions.
This is a maternity cover position lasting up to 12 months.
We seek a motivated Environmental Protection Officer experienced in team collaboration, enforcement powers, investigations, and enforcement interventions. You should handle challenging interactions effectively and synthesize complex information for sound decision-making. Familiarity with Civica Cx would be advantageous.
