  • Provide specialist and technical input from an environmental protection perspective on large scale developments and projects taking place across the Buckinghamshire Council area.
  • Opportunities to provide training and support to colleagues to maintain competencies in delivering regulatory interventions.

You'll access digital folders and resources on your laptop and be able to use the network wherever you are based. Working from home will be common, as well as meeting your team in the office where necessary.

About you

  • Desirable to have additional noise related qualification
  • Substantial relevant experience in environmental protection, including noise and statutory nuisance.
  • Expert knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, best practices, systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Proven ability to conduct formal interviews, gather evidence, and deal with sensitive and contentious issues.
