Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Experience in confined spaces and engineering tasks.
• Experience as a team leader/manager.
• Training in relevant disciplines and ability to carry out projects/tasks.
• Ability to create method statements, RAMS and COSHH assessments.
• Strong communication with customers, suppliers and team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organise internal and customer tasks and projects.
• Train, manage, lead staff to customers' satisfaction per procedures.
• Resolve problems arising before or during job execution by liaising with team/customer.
• Ensure jobs ready to start by coordinating access/ permits/ temporary supplies with customers.
• Coordinate with stores to ensure equipment and consumables are available.
• Ensure accurate completion of tasks and sign-off with customer.
