Job summary

Keystone Environmental is a Midlands-based project management specialist delivering ecological contracting, land management, and habitat restoration services. The role focuses on organising and delivering a portfolio of works with an ecological emphasis, working closely with Keystone’s Habitats team to ensure high standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Relevant industry experience in ecological contracting or practical land management.
• Exceptional communication skills demonstrated through client, subcontractor and supplier liaison.
• Experience in organising and managing a team of operatives and associated vehicles/plants.
• Ability to identify risks and opportunities and deliver on time and within budget.
• Commercial acumen in profitable project delivery and pursuing future opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of a large-scale landscaping and habitat management contract, ensuring delivery to programme and budget.
• Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors to maximise productivity.
• Monitor milestones and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage project finances, expenditures and profitability.
• Liaise with clients, manage contracts and resolve issues promptly.
• Produce RAMS and ensure safety and compliance with legislation.
