Job summary

ABM UK in Glasgow Fort is seeking a Cleaning Operative to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across client sites, following health and safety standards. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting and wiping surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize toilets, kitchens and communal areas and restock consumables.
• Dispose of waste following recycling and health and safety guidelines.
• Operate cleaning equipment and maintain them in good order.
• Report issues or maintenance needs to supervisors promptly.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures.
