Job summary

Natural Resources Wales (NRW) is seeking an Operational and Technical Support Officer to join NRW Analytical Services in Swansea. You will provide essential technical, logistical and operational support to monitoring programmes and incident response, ensuring data quality and compliance with QA/QC and Chain of Custody requirements.

You will help maintain the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and support teams across NRW to deliver robust environmental data for statutory monitoring

Responsibilities

• Process environmental samples and coordinate laboratory dispatch.
• Support compliance with Quality Management Systems and Chain of Custody.
• Assist with LIMS development and data management across NRWAS.
