Qualifications

• Knowledge of GMP or GLP in a regulated manufacturing or lab setting.
• Strong computer literacy and experience with electronic quality or database systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping with trend analysis.
• Excellent time management and ability to work in cross-functional teams and follow protocols.

Responsibilities

• Environmental Monitoring Operations: perform routine monitoring, sample collection, labeling, and processing per protocols.
• Documentation & Record Management: maintain batch records, logbooks, and controlled documents; ensure inspection-ready state.
• Data Management & Reporting: input and verify monitoring data; prepare routine compliance summaries and reports; identify trends.
• Quality, Safety & Administrative Support: maintain GMP/GLP compliance; support audits; handle stock and scheduling.
