Adler and Allan in Burnley is seeking an Environmental Monitoring Assistant to support data collection, monitoring, and reporting across water and wastewater networks. This entry-level role offers full training and the chance to grow within the environmental sector.

You will work with analysts and engineers on dashboards, compliance reporting, and data quality, with 37.5 hours weekly and a daily commute from Burnley. Competitive salary plus benefits.

Qualifications

• GCSEs / A-Levels or equivalent (science, geography, maths, or IT).
• Environmental science, geography, engineering, or data studies.
• Basic understanding of environmental or water-related data.
• Experience with monitoring, data analysis, or fieldwork (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Support monitoring of environmental data from sensors and systems.
• Check data for completeness, accuracy, and anomalies.
• Assist with basic data analysis and reporting.
• Help maintain dashboards and routine reports.
• Support compliance monitoring and record-keeping.
