Calibre Search is seeking an Associate Director – Environment in Glasgow to lead environmental delivery across a varied portfolio of major infrastructure projects. Qualifications

• Degree or Masters in an environmental or related discipline.
• Chartered status.
• Significant experience in environmental consultancy.
• Experience working on major infrastructure projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the EIA process and related environmental disciplines.
• Proven experience leading or coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience contributing to bids and business development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, commercially aware and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and delivery of environmental work across projects and teams.
• Provide environmental leadership across multidisciplinary engineering projects.
• Influence project development to achieve strong environmental outcomes.
• Manage and coordinate environmental deliverables to high technical standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support bid preparation and identify business development opportunities.
• Review technical work and ensure delivery on time and budget.
• Mentor and develop colleagues within the environmental team.
• Maintain ongoing professional development and broaden technical and commercial expertise.
