We can SolviT Recruitment LTD is seeking an Environmental Compliance Coordinator to help Leicester sites meet CO2 and waste targets in a production environment. The role includes internal audits, coordinating with authorities, and ensuring compliance with environmental legislation.

The ideal candidate has prior environmental experience, audit skills, and knowledge of waste regulations, legionella and cooling systems.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an environmental role.
• Experience conducting internal audits.
• Knowledge of waste legislations.
• Knowledge of legionella & cooling systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure both sites are meeting CO2 and waste targets.

Environmental Compliance Coordinator

Salary: £36,800 p/a

Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00

Leicester (Covering multiple sites) - Full Time Permanent

We are looking for an experience Environmental Compliance Coordinator who has experience in a production environment and dealing with environmental legislations.

What you will be doing?

Some of your core duties will include:

• Ensuring both sites are meeting their Co2 & waste targets
• Undertaking internal audits & assisting in external audits
• Monitor compliance procedures
• Working closely with the environmental manager on certifications
• Manage communication with authorities and internally

To be considered

• Previous experience in an environmental role
• Experience conducting internal audits
• Knowledge of waste legislations
• Knowledge of legionella & cooling systems
• Due to covering different sites in Leicester you will need your own transport
