Job summary

SolviT Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Environmental Compliance Coordinator to oversee CO2 and waste targets across multiple Leicester sites. You will work with the environmental team to ensure compliant operations and drive improvements.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00, with a salary of £36,800 per annum. Benefi ts include Pension (salary sacrifice), private healthcare, attendance bonus, life assurance, staff shop, and generous holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Experience in an environmental role within a production setting.
• Experience conducting internal audits.
• Knowledge of waste legislation.
• Knowledge of legionella and cooling systems.
• Own transport to cover multiple Leicester sites.

Responsibilities

• Ensure both sites meet CO2 & waste targets.
• Undertake internal audits and assist with external audits.
• Monitor compliance procedures.
• Work with environmental manager on certifications.
• Manage communications with authorities and internally.
