About the Role

You will support major civil engineering and infrastructure projects, ensuring environmental best practices are implemented and maintained. This is a key role within the SHEQ team, offering opportunities for development within a well-established business that values its people.

Responsibilities

• Providing advice on environmental issues to project teams and site staff
• Supporting environmental compliance and reporting across projects
• Conducting site inspections and audits
• Assisting with risk assessments and method statements
• Liaising with regulators and stakeholders
• Promoting sustainability and continuous improvement

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in a similar role, preferably in construction or infrastructure
• Degree or qualification in Environmental Science, Management, or related field
• Knowledge of UK environmental legislation
• Excellent communication skills and proactive approach
• Full UK driving license
