Our client is based near Coleshill and has been established for almost 40 years and is recognized as a market leader in the design, development, manufacture, and distribution of an impressive portfolio of solutions for supply throughout the world. As a result of continued success and an ongoing programme of strategic growth for 2025 and beyond, they are now looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Environmental Advisor to complement their professional team.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, the successful Environmental Advisor will be responsible for cultivating a high-performance culture with a strong focus on Environmental management systems. This includes supporting the business by applying in-depth Environmental and Sustainability knowledge, offering strategic solutions and advice, and employing a variety of tools and methodologies to monitor, analyze, and improve the quality of processes and products. The role often involves working cross-functionally to install a culture of continuous improvement throughout the business.

You will be tasked with ensuring the business has an effective environmental management system that addresses Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental, and Wellbeing practices within the operation. You will implement policies and standards, undertake process and system audits, and conduct site visits as required, demonstrating a good all-round understanding of company objectives.
