About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and forward-thinking Environment & Technical Systems Development Officer to support the development, improvement and effective use of systems across our Environment and Technical services. This role will help ensure that technology, data and business processes work together to support efficient service delivery and continuous improvement.

You’ll work closely with managers, service teams and system suppliers to develop and enhance digital systems, identify opportunities to improve processes, and help turn operational needs into practical solutions. You’ll support system implementation, testing, reporting and user training, helping colleagues make the best use of technology and information.

We’re looking for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience of working with business systems and data, and the ability to build positive working relationships. This is an exciting opportunity to help modernise services, improve performance and play a key role in delivering better outcomes for residents, communities and the Department .
