Enabling, Environment and Sustainability Manager - Balfour Beatty (@one Alliance)

Location: Peterborough / Hybrid

@one Alliance is a collaboration between Anglian Water and seven industry-leading partners: Balfour Beatty, Barhale, Binnies, MMB, MWH Treatment, Skanska, and SWECO. We deliver over half of Anglian Water's capital investment program.

As we enter AMP8, our most ambitious Asset Management Period, we are preparing for our largest project yet. This is a unique opportunity to drive industry change, set global standards, and foster career growth.

You will be part of a collaborative team delivering impactful projects that improve lives and protect the environment, working alongside industry leaders in a culture that prioritizes wellbeing, safety, and personal growth.

What you'll be doing

As a visible champion of our Safer Everyday strategy, you'll:

• Provide leadership across environmental consenting, permitting, and auditing in project delivery, ensuring consistency and clarity.
• Review and approve all @one Alliance Enabling Risk assessments, ensuring understanding and mitigation of risks.
• Support governance processes and escalation procedures for critical issues.
• Maintain and improve the Alliance Management System (AMS), ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices.
• Promote environmental compliance through audits, inspections, and reviews.
