This role is pivotal in advancing the network’s strategic capabilities and quality of service delivery, with a focus on embedding sustainability into policies, training, and tools.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist the methodology and learning team with developing the sustainability methodology for both limited and reasonable assurance.
• Develop resources to support the effective and efficient delivery of sustainability assurance engagements, such as playbooks on CSRD, GHG, and ISSB.
• Create sustainability learning resources, including learning programs, QRGs, and practice aids.

Location

Ideally within UK/Europe or the Americas region.

Person Specification

• Must hold a professional designation (CPA, CA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) with direct experience in assurance services.
• Experienced manager or newly appointed senior manager in assurance.
• Experience in sustainability engagement or supporting sustainability engagements in a national office role.
• Self-starter capable of managing own projects and workload.
• Strong business writing and communication skills.
• Proactive and adaptable in response to changing needs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team collaboration ability.
• Good organization and time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects.
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual, multi-time-zone environment.
• Experience working within a global professional services environment with international stakeholders.
• Experience providing services related to sustainability information.
• Experience in developing or delivering learning programs.
