In this role you report to the Head of Operations and have responsibility for a site of 50+ staff. You will guide staff on HSE principles, driving continuous improvements & promote a positive HSE culture.

1. Responsibility for a site of 50+ people with full autonomy
2. Maintain & improve the documented management systems – ISO 14001 & 45001
3. Lead & improve HSE practices, promoting a positive HSE culture

Person Requirements:

1. HSE officer or similar experience
2. FMCG, Manufacturing or similar industry background
3. Competent with ISO standards & management systems
4. Excellent stakeholder abilities
