Head of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Training + Progression + Medical + Company Benefits

Location: Manchester

Are you a QSHE manager or similar, happy to cover multiple sites, looking to join a rapidly expanding business? This position offers autonomy to implement your own vision across the company, with opportunities to grow your team and be instrumental in implementing process improvements.

This dynamic Live Events Business is in a sustained period of expansion. They provide and operate Audio, Visual and Lighting equipment for their growing client base and offer private hire for customer events. They are looking for an established QSHE Manager to cover various client locations, carrying out assessments and providing reports that can be shared within the company to relevant teams.

This is a new position within the business, with full scope for the department to be shaped in your vision, as you work to improve existing operational standards relevant to your role. You will work towards ISO standards for Quality, Environment, and Health & Safety, while developing new initiatives for employees to promote the core values of the business.

The Role:

1. Travel to client sites to carry out all QSHE assessments
2. Drive the development of existing standards
3. Implement new initiatives
4. Working hours: Mon - Fri 08:30 - 17:00
5. Potential for weekends depending on events (time back in lieu)

The Person:

1. QSHE manager
2. NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA certified
3. Knowledge of ISO standards for Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety
4. Willingness to cover multiple sites
5. Commutable to Manchester
