• Develop and mentor junior colleagues in the Commercial team.
• Lead on contractual negotiations and pricing analyses with bid/proposal teams.
• Support the commercial and operations teams’ business improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with the Delegations of Authority and support risk committee submittals.
