Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Commercial Manager to strengthen the Environment team in the United Kingdom. You will lead commercial aspects of bids and projects to ensure they are robust and aligned with business performance metrics.

You will provide governance and strategic advice to bid teams, assist Operations, and mentor junior colleagues within the Commercial group. The role includes leading contractual negotiations and supporting pricing analyses.

• Risk and governance guidance for bids and projects.
• Mentor and train junior colleagues within the Commercial team.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial leadership across the project lifecycle with governance and strategic advice to bid teams.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies on bids and lead contractual negotiations.
• Support bid teams with pricing documents and project execution methodologies.
• Train and mentor Capture Managers, Project Managers and other delivery staff.
