Job summary

Accrofab Ltd in Alcester is recruiting an Entry Level Setter/Operator - Welder Fabricators to join our Manufacturing Team. The role involves manual TIG welding, fabricating components to customer specs, reading welding symbols on WPS and drawings, and setting components to match casting requirements.

You will work with air and hand tools, maintain safety and housekeeping, and contribute to a right first-time approach with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience of TIG welding – minimum one year.
• Experience of welding thin gauge material (0.4–1.0 mm).

Shift Pattern: Day Shift; 07.30 to 16.30 Monday to Thursday and Friday 07.30 to 12.30 with designated unpaid breaks.

Opportunity Summary:
