Responsibilities

• Provide first-response troubleshooting and technical support to inbound client tickets.
• Maintain relationships with clients and act as point of contact for support.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers and track progress to resolution.
• Communicate issues and resolutions quickly to internal stakeholders.
• Document client interactions and support activities.
• Assist senior engineers with Level 2 support and infrastructure monitoring as you grow.
