Aspire People in North Staffordshire is seeking enthusiastic Unqualified Teaching Assistants to work across specialist schools in Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas. No formal qualifications required—just a genuine passion for helping children with additional needs and a willingness to learn.

You’ll support pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH and other needs, helping them feel safe, included and confident in lessons.

Qualifications

• No formal qualifications required.
• Passion for supporting children with additional needs.
• Willingness to learn and take guidance from staff.
• Previous experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with a range of SEN to help them access learning.
• Assist class teachers with in-class activities and routines.
• Foster a safe, inclusive and encouraging learning environment.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff to track progress.
