Job summary

Griffith Foods is recruiting a sensory tester to profile a range of food products against criteria such as appearance, aroma, flavour and texture. You will develop knowledge of testing criteria and confidently score products, and you will participate in panel discussions describing attributes accurately.

No prior experience is required; basic IT skills and a good standard of written and spoken English are essential.

Responsibilities

• Profiling a range of food products against key criteria such as appearance, aroma, flavour, and texture.
• Develop own knowledge of testing criteria and be able to confidently score products against them
• Collaboratively participate in panel discussions, describing product attributes accurately and confidently
• Responsible for submitting accurate product scoringdata into ballots in either paper or electronic formats
• Attend and participate in training sessions on productarea and projects, ensuring continued understanding of product attributesand scale references is maintained
