About the Role:

What You’ll Do:

  • Customer Engagement: Interact with members of the public to promote client services, build rapport, deliver excellent customer service, and drive results.
  • Team Collaboration: Join a supportive team working toward shared sales goals in a culture that celebrates everyone’s success.
  • Ongoing Development: Participate in hands-on training that equips you with the skills needed to grow your career.
  • Progression into Leadership: As you gain experience, you’ll take on greater responsibility, including mentoring new team members, leading sales efforts, and managing client accounts.

Management Duties:

  • Team Leadership: Guide and support junior team members as they advance in their own development.
  • Sales Campaign Coordination: Help plan and execute campaigns aligned with client objectives.
  • Coaching and Mentorship: Learn how to lead meetings, set performance goals, and provide feedback.
  • Performance Management: Track team performance, set objectives, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop experience in managing client expectations and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
