We’re Enterprise Mobility, a family-owned portfolio of brands including Enterprise Rent-A-Car. With a $35 billion turnover and nearly 90,000 employees across 95 countries, we have grown over 65 years to become a global mobility leader.
Join us, and as a Times Top 100 Graduate Employer and TargetJobs Graduate Employer of the Year, we will support your growth and career development. After an initial virtual orientation, you’ll be assigned to a branch for hands-on training, learning valuable business skills from experienced mentors, many of whom started as graduates in our Management Training Programme.
This program provides a ground-up understanding of our business and promotes from within, offering training in management, finance, operations, sales, and customer service. As you progress, opportunities include advancing to Branch Manager in as little as two years or exploring other roles in Human Resources, Accounting, Revenue Management, Marketing, and more.
We value diversity and have been recognized for our inclusive practices, including being listed in The Times Top 50 Employers for Women, Stonewall’s Top 100 Employers for LGBT inclusion, and as a Disability Confident Leader.
Enterprise remains family-owned, with our CEO Chrissy Taylor, the third generation of the Taylor family, leading us into the future with stability and commitment to long-term success.
As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will make impactful business decisions, develop new business, maintain relationships, understand cost control, read P&L statements, and learn to deliver exceptional customer service. You will learn communication, influence, sales techniques, problem-solving, conflict management, and how to mentor and manage staff. Successful development will be rewarded with pay increases and promotion opportunities.
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; relevant professional experience can be considered. A full manual UK driving licence is required, with accommodations for disabilities. No recent drug or alcohol offences related to driving are permitted.
