TRM is exclusively partnering with a business actively seeking 8 Trainees to join their team in Q2 2025.

The Business

• Founded in 2014, the company currently employs 70 staff members.

• Focuses on placing Technology professionals across the USA, UK, Europe, Asia & Australia.
• Offices in London, Houston, Malaysia (Yes, you can relocate to these offices after two years of service)

Role as a Trainee

• Initially, as a Trainee, your role will primarily involve sourcing candidates for open job vacancies.
• Headhunting
• Cold-calling
• Managing candidates through a job process.

The Training

• The CEO and founders will lead your training. You will also work alongside a performance coach dedicated to supporting mental health and driving a high-performing attitude.
• There is a 12-week initial training scheme and ongoing training, development, and support throughout your time with the business.
• 86% of Trainees are promoted within their first six months. There is a good chance this will be you.
• Opportunity to qualify for their Lunch Clubs that are held monthly (Think London's top restaurants)
• Weekly Drinks in the office

The Culture
