Responsibilities

• Assist with loading master reels per job specifications.
• Learn to safely operate rewind and inspection machines.
• Set up equipment, including mandrels, cores, and blades.
• Slit reels to required widths following safety procedures.
• Use AVT inspection systems to identify substandard print.
• Maintain product quality during production runs.
• Label finished reels per requirements.
• Print and apply traceability labels as needed.
• Follow line clearance procedures and keep records.
• Assist with basic maintenance and calibration of machinery.
