BasePoint is seeking individuals for a full-time, on-site role in London to gain practical experience in marketing, customer acquisition and commercial development. You will start with hands-on training across face-to-face campaigns and learn to engage customers while representing established brands.

At BasePoint, everyone starts by learning the fundamentals, working directly with customers, understanding how campaigns operate and developing the communication and commercial skills required to perform in a face-to-face environment.
From there, development can take different directions. Some people choose to specialise as Sales Executives, while others are interested in developing towards team leadership and taking on greater responsibility within the business.

The initial focus is on building a strong foundation in customer acquisition and campaign delivery.
As you develop, there are two broad areas in which you may choose to build your experience:
Continue developing your customer engagement and commercial skills, with the opportunity to progress towards a Sales Executive position.
Develop additional skills in mentoring, coaching, team coordination and performance management, with the opportunity to work towards leadership responsibilities.
