BlackwaterRecruitment seeks motivated, entry-level Sales Advisors to join a customer-facing team in Central London. The role offers client training, daily upskilling sessions and solid ongoing support from day one.

Represent recognised non-profit organisations at retail pop-ups and events across London, with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and a pathway to further development. No prior experience is required, and 4–5 full days per week are preferred.

Our client, a growing sales and marketing company based in Central London, is looking for motivated Entry Level Sales Advisors to join their team. Client training, invitations to daily upskilling sessions and ongoing support are available from the start, making this opportunity suitable for individuals with or without previous experience.

This opportunity involves representing recognised non-profit organisations through retail pop-ups, promotional events and other event-based settings across the London area.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Customer Acquisition: Supporting client campaigns by engaging with customers face-to-face.
• Campaign Representation: Working as part of a customer-facing team across event-based campaigns within the London area.
• Customer Engagement: Developing communication and customer service skills through face-to-face interactions.

• A Brand Awareness Fee (earn a daily fee paid to you, only applicable when representing a client for a full day), where applicable, plus commission and financial incentives.
• Gain customer-facing experience alongside client training and invitations to daily upskilling sessions.

This opportunity involves representing recognised non-profit organisations through face-to-face customer engagement across retail pop-ups, promotional events and other event-based settings throughout the London area.

No previous experience is required. Individuals from retail, hospitality, marketing, customer service, administration, events, promotions and other customer-facing backgrounds may have transferable skills relevant to this opportunity.

This opportunity operates on a subcontracted basis. Earnings consist of a Brand Awareness Fee (where applicable), plus commission and performance incentives.

This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/College/University) or current international students. Due to availability, our client is seeking candidates who can work 4-5 full days per week (Mon-Sat).
