Who We Are

At BasePoint, we specialise in delivering in-person sales and marketing campaigns for established brands, helping our clients connect with customers, expand their market presence and drive commercial growth.

We're currently working alongside EE, supporting the growth of their events and retail campaigns across London. As our operations expand, we're looking to develop new teams and the individuals who can help lead them.

The Opportunity

We're looking for ambitious individuals who want to gain practical commercial experience and develop towards future team leadership responsibilities.

Our approach starts from the ground up. You'll begin by working within our customer-facing sales and marketing campaigns, developing an understanding of customer engagement, campaign performance and what it takes to deliver consistent results.

As you gain experience, the opportunity is there to take on greater responsibility and contribute towards the development of our growing teams.

Your Role & Development

Your initial focus will be on building strong communication, sales and customer engagement skills through hands-on campaign experience.

As you progress, you'll have the opportunity to become involved in supporting and coaching team members, coordinating campaign activity, monitoring KPIs and helping maintain performance standards.

Our long-term focus is on developing individuals who understand both the commercial and people-focused aspects of running successful campaigns.

Throughout your development, you'll receive structured training, ongoing coaching and opportunities to strengthen your commercial awareness, confidence and leadership skills.
